At the beginning of the project, we typically follow a number of steps:
- Introductory conversation with our business development representative and partners.
- Signing of NDA.
- Detailed research of the client’s business needs.
- Selection of the scope of work, cooperation model, financial details and development approach.
- Signing a contract.
- Immediate start of work utilizing available talent and/or active hiring process of the required professionals to form a fully-functional team.
