Senior QA Engineer
We at devspiration are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-impact project, developing an enterprise-level web application for a leading professional financial services firm, one of the "Big Four" companies.
LOCATION:
Lviv, Ukraine (onsite at a brand-new office in BC "Natsionalnyy") and remote working option
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze requirements, design and execute test cases based on various sources of information
- Report problems in a bug tracking system and follow-up towards resolution
- Automation existing test cases for multiple environments
- Ensuring automated test coverage of new functionality is in place
- Continuous communication with the development team and the test managers
- Participate in sprint meetings
- Contribute to the evolution of the software products
- Support developers in the identification and reproduction of bugs
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional manual QA experience (web)
- Ability to analyze requirements, gathering them, and create test scenarios based on it
- Ability to work autonomously with a medium-sized team
- High SQL knowledge
- Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and methodologies with emphasis on Agile methodology
- Knowledge of white/black box level testing, system and performance testing of applications using industry-standard practices and tools
- Experience with application development and multi-platform architectures
- Experience in test management tools
- English — Upper Intermediate, both written and verbal
