Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in facilitating our sales objectives. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the team's alignment with sales processes, fostering cross-team collaboration, and serving as a key point of contact for all sales operational requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Assistant, with a proven track record of working effectively in team environments is a sufficient advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), sales, and marketing processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate/advanced level) for both written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, English Philology or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on process adherence and continuous efficiency improvement.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated self-improvement potential, self-education, and fast-learning abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal team stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented individual with a drive for achieving targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle incoming leads and distribute them to the appropriate sales representatives or teams.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts, as well as responding to client inquiries.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Coordination of Sales Activities: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Sales Training Support: Assist in organizing and delivering sales training programs and materials to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Processing and Pre-qualifying Inbound Requests: Assess inbound requests, qualify leads based on predefined criteria, and determine their suitability for further sales engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Collaboration with Business Development Manager and Lead Generation Manager: Work closely with the business development manager and lead generation manager to align sales efforts with overall business objectives, share insights, and coordinate strategies for lead generation and conversion.
