Middle/Senior Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Middle/Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by developing and implementing strategic business development plans. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a Business Development Manager role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Previous experience in Business Development, Account Management or Engagement roles.
  • Experience and focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems like HubSpot for sales pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate complex deals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a drive for results and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to propel company growth and meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities through thorough market analysis, competitor evaluation, and customer feedback.
  • Nurture enduring client relationships, actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our suite of software development services.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation Manager to optimize lead generation strategies, including involvement with outbound LinkedIn campaigns, maximizing outreach effectiveness.
  • Work in tandem with the Sales Coordinator to streamline lead management processes, ensuring efficient handling of incoming leads and timely follow-up.
  • Engage constantly with the Marketing Department to align business development efforts with marketing strategies, providing input on promotional campaigns and messaging.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Foster seamless collaboration across departments, including marketing, software development, and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze software development market dynamics and customer preferences, offering valuable insights to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and updates to senior management, highlighting business development progress, sales performance, and pertinent market trends.
  • Attend relevant tech events to network, gather market intelligence, and generate leads and deals on-site.
  • Utilize various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and industry forums, to generate leads and expand the client base.
