Lead Generation Specialist

What you’ll do

· Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn, via email, and at industry events — based on our Ideal Customer Profile

· Create and run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and via email

· Learn about prospects’ needs, see how they align with our services and start conversations with them

· Build and maintain warm relationships with prospects, ensuring they have a great first impression of us

· Keep our CRM up to date and track lead engagement

· Assist in preparing for business trips and conferences by generating relevant contacts and scheduling meetings

· Suggest improvements to our outreach approach when needed

What we’re looking for

· 1+ year of experience as a Lead Generation Manager in a software development company working with US or EU markets (preferably outsourcing or outstaffing)

· Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

· Familiarity with outreach or automation tools like (e.g., Apollo, Expandi, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Helper, or similar)

· Analytical mindset and strong research skills

· Eagerness to test new channels and continuously improve search strategies

Nice to have:

· Ability to write clear, personalized outreach emails

· Experience with lead nurturing tactics (e.g., drip campaigns, LinkedIn engagement before outreach)

· Basic knowledge of CRM workflows and automation (e.g., HubSpot)

· Familiarity with AI-powered lead generation tools to optimize and scale the prospecting process
