Junior General QA Engineer (C#)
We at devspiration are seeking a Junior General QA Engineer to join our team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a high-impact project, developing an enterprise-level web application for a leading professional financial services firm, one of the “Big Four” companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, writing, executing, and reporting on automated and manual tests
- Creating and maintaining automated tests using C#
- Analyzing requirements and designing test cases
- Executing manual and automated test cases
- Reporting bugs and following up towards resolution
- Automating existing test cases for multiple environments
- Ensuring automated test coverage of new functionality
- Performing API testing and automation
- Communicating with the development team and test managers
- Participating in sprint meetings
- Supporting developers in the identification and reproduction of bugs
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year of professional QA experience with both manual and automated testing
- 1+ year of experience with test automation using C#
- Experience with Selenium and Playwright
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Test Plan
- Experience with API testing and backend validation is a plus
- Experience with AI/LLM-assisted test automation is a plus
- Entity Framework knowledge is a plus
- English — Upper Intermediate, both written and verbal
