IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented IT Specialist who will be responsible for our corporate IT infrastructure in the Lviv office. You will support users, IT activities, and projects that include implementing and deploying new solutions along with maintaining the existing infrastructure, assuring that all our systems are in the optimal condition, and providing the best service to colleagues. 


  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, email and Ticket Support;
  • Provide guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on colleagues questions and problems in a friendly and customer-oriented way;
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
  • Install and troubleshoot end-user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems;
  • Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions and administering IT software;
  • Support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls;
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention;
  • Solve logistics puzzles and work tightly with delivery services;
  • Support IT purchasing and stock-management;
  • Software and licenses management;
  • Accounts setup and network configuration;
  • Support of different corporate programs and systems;
  • Close cooperation with office management department
  • Office alarm system maintenance;
  • Minor laptop/desktop repairment in-house and corrdinate of external agency for advances

  • At least 2 year of experience as a Help Desk / IT Support;
  • High customer orientation skills;
  • Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment;
  • Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers) and Microsoft software (Windows OS, Office suite, etc.);
  • Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, Antivirus etc.;
  • Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices;
  • Experience with being on-call to support critical incidents;
  • Experience in networking, routing, switching, firewalls and VPNs - an advantage;
  • Experience in hardware configuration and repairmen
  • Intermediate spoken English.


  • Basic shell scripting knowledge (PowerShell. etc.);
  • Experience in configuration and support systems: Azure;
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of information security;
  • Work in remote / international team;
  • End to end responsibility.
